Harp Circle

Aims:

The Ethereal Ensemble’s Harp Circle aims to bring together harpists of all levels to create beautiful, ambient music on their harps. 

In the Harp Circle:

Harp Circle participants are guided in their learning to improvise and create music in a supportive and friendly setting.  No music reading is required.  We aim to develop the whole musician and each session will include activities to improve listening skills, ensemble skills, as well as rhythm and beat skills.

Leaders:

Helen Morrison and Lynne Griffiths

These experienced music educators lead the circle in creative music-making with an emphasis on participation as well as music education.  Lynne and Helen are qualified and experienced teachers who play and teach several instruments to all ages in a variety of settings.  They are actively involved in performing and composing music in The Ethereal Ensemble.
